Chili Inside, Chili Outside

Location: 9th & Alder
Type: Chili
Cost: $13.50
Food: Beef chili bowl, turkey chili frito pie, diet coke
Wait: Zilch
Size: Lunch-size

Let's start with what I love: They serve the frito pie in the frito bag.  It's very cool.
I liked the beef chili (shredded beef) better than the turkey (ground turkey), but both were full of chili flavor.  And meat.  Texas style.  In this town, I think they might do well to add a vegetarian bean chili.  Although it doens't seem their style.
The cart is large on the inside; tons of space.  The menu is simple, the cornbread is good, the availability of honey and hot sauce is a great added touch.
I was surprised at the perceived dmographic of the people running the stand, two young women and a young man, all with an Abercrobie-ish look.  Not the ethnic or hippie types I am used to seeing.
Summary:
Would go again is someone else wanted to? given the right mood
Would take Dave there for a repeat visit? he's already been
