Joslyn's Ciao Chow

Location: Stark & 2nd

Type: Italian
Cost: $8.00
Food: Pasta al povero & cheesecake
Wait: Long, but mostly because a deceptively large group with orders for people not present was there
Size: Comfortable lunch

Yum.  And yum.  And yum.  That was awesome.  Fresh, light, cooked to order.  Strawberries on the cheesecake.  Wonderful bread with the pasta.  I felt like this is something I would make myself for lunch if I had the luxury of being home on a work day lunch.  I knwo I'm not saying much, but this cart is fantastic.  I no longer miss not getting to try the former pototato offerings.  It's a lively shade of aquamarine, the inside reminds me of an old eastern farmhouse, but small like a ship's galley.  She cooks on gas and sprinkles herbs with her fingers.  It's marvelous.
Summary:
Would go again is someone else wanted to? yes
Would take Dave there for a repeat visit? yes
